More Than a Final Converting Workshop
Finished cotton rolls, cotton balls and cotton swabs may look similar, but the depth of manufacturing behind them can be very different. Some suppliers only complete a final forming or winding step.
Wucheng Wenjiang Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd. controls the essential upstream process: qualified raw material selection, opening, scouring and bleaching, drying, baling and carding. We then convert the prepared cotton into products for medical, dental, sanitary and cosmetic supply chains.

Where Consistency Starts
Each downstream product begins with the same controlled preparation process. Raw materials are reviewed before production and processed into absorbent cotton suitable for the requested product format.
Raw Material Review
Qualified raw cotton or cotton linters are sourced domestically or internationally and reviewed before processing.
Opening, Scouring & Bleaching
The cotton is opened and processed through the scouring and bleaching stage to prepare absorbent cotton.
Drying & Baling
Processed cotton is dried and baled so it can move into carding or be supplied as absorbent cotton material.
Carding for Product Format
The absorbent cotton is carded into cotton web or cotton sliver according to the required downstream product.

Three Production Paths After Cotton Preparation
After the shared upstream process, cotton is converted into the format required by each order. Packing options can be discussed according to buyer requirements.
Production Line 01
Absorbent Cotton Roll Production
Carded cotton web is slit to the required width, wound into absorbent cotton rolls and packed into cartons for shipment.
Production Line 02
Cotton Ball Production
Carded cotton sliver is formed into cotton balls. Vacuum packing and carton packing can be arranged according to buyer requirements.
Production Line 03
Cotton Swab Production
Prepared cotton sliver is converted on cotton swab equipment. Vacuum packing and carton packing can be discussed according to the order specification.
