These Terms of Use apply to wjcotton.com and are provided by Wucheng Wenjiang Sanitary Materials Co., Ltd. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply. Specific written terms in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order accepted by us, quality agreement, or supply contract take priority for that transaction.

2. Website information

Product images, descriptions, manufacturing-path information, sample language, and other website content are general information for prospective business buyers. They are not a binding quotation, warranty, certificate, regulatory approval, or promise that a product is suitable for a particular market or use.

Specifications, materials, packing, minimum quantities, lead times, prices, availability, test methods, documentation, and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing for each project. Buyers remain responsible for evaluating products, approving samples and specifications, and determining legal or regulatory requirements in the intended market.

3. RFQs, samples, and communications

• Submitting a form, email, or WhatsApp message is a request for discussion, not acceptance of an order.
• A sample is for evaluation under the stated conditions and does not guarantee that future production will be identical unless an approved specification and contract say so.
• No order is binding until authorised representatives agree the commercial and technical terms in writing.
• You confirm that information and files you submit are accurate, lawful to share, and do not infringe another party’s rights.

Please do not send patient records, medical records, financial-account details, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website. This includes attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, interfering with availability, scraping at a disruptive rate, impersonating another person or business, sending spam, submitting unlawful content, or using site content for fraud or misleading claims.
