How it's made
Made in-house, from raw cotton bales to finished bales
We run the critical preparation steps in our own factory. Bleaching uses hydrogen peroxide, which breaks down into water and oxygen under the process conditions. No chlorine-containing bleaching chemicals, no fluorescent whitening agents.

Raw cotton intake
Raw cotton arrives in compressed bales and is reviewed before production.

Opening & cleaning
The fiber is loosened and cleaned of natural impurities such as seed and leaf fragments.

Scouring & bleaching
High-temperature scouring with sodium hydroxide, followed by hydrogen peroxide bleaching.

Rinsing & drying
The cotton is washed, dewatered, dried in a heat-pump system and reopened.

Compression baling
Finished cotton is compressed into wrapped bales for storage and shipment.

Is the cotton bleached with chlorine?
No. It is bleached with hydrogen peroxide at high temperature. We do not use chlorine-containing bleaching chemicals or fluorescent whitening agents.
Can the fiber length be customized?
Yes. Average fiber length starts from 10 mm and can be customized according to your processing needs, up to 38 mm.
